Hi,



It is hard to screenshot, but here is a video of the prosess our new users go trough. As you can see when I press “join” there is only a spinner at the top of the tab indicating that something is happening. For an experienced user that would not be a problem, but for most of our users this is a problem. This you can see from the video of my inbox with several examples that users are pressing join more than once.



Perhaps you could change the color of the “join” button after it has been pressed or introduce a spinner with a text message that freezes the window and explains to the user what is happening.
