Hey Marit,

That email address should be available. I would suggest that she check her spam or junk folders to make sure the verification email wasn't routed there instead of the inbox. Still not receiving it? She can also make sure that her ISP, company firewall or email client is not blacklisting the following addresses and blocking them from appearing in her inbox:

mail@kulturit.ning.com
share@kulturit.ning.com
invitations@kulturit.ning.com
do-not-reply@kulturit.ning.com

Alternately, she can try using changing to another email address from Gmail, or Yahoo! for example to test this out.

Once she does receive the verification email, have her make sure that she's only clicking the link once or copies and pastes it into her browser.
